I went to a bar to have a beer party with friends who had been in Stanford and who likes beer very much.

We call that part RGB party.

Today's bar's name was CRAFT BEER MARKET toranomon branch.

It was a lot of fun!

Radiation meter

I bought a portable radiation meter.

After the TEPCO's radiation leak accident at Fukushima daiichi nuclear station, we Japanese are forced to worry about the radiation exposure.

We have to measure by ourselves as no one (including the TEPCO and government) tell us the truth.

The radiation meter is simple and easy to use.

Soba party at Jindaiji

I attended to a drinking party at soba restaurant Tamon in Jindaiji.

Jindaiji temple has a long history of 1300 years and is famous for soba noodle.

There sounded a peal of temple bell.

The gate of the temple is also great.

They are gods for money and happiness.

Omoshiroi-koibito

My friend Nao-san bought a present from Osaka.

It is a sand goufrette.

On the package there is a word Omoshiroi-koibito(funny lover), which is a parody of shiroi-koibito(white lover).

Dislocation

Lily's friend Copernicus, a male toy poodle, dislocated his right thigh born.

He went to a vet and had X-rayed.

He put his leg in a cast for two weeks, and was recovered.

Recovered from the flu.

Finally I recovered from the influenza!

Day 1:
It started on February 19th.

I felt a little fever in the morning, but the fever suddenly rose up very high in the noon.

I though it was not the flu. but just a cold.

As it was on Sunday, I just took a medicine(all-in-one) and went bed.

Day 2:
On 20th, as the high fever continued, I went a hospital.

The doctor said I was caught by the flu type A, and gave me a medicine(Tamiflu).

The high fever continued the whole day.

Day 3:
The fever gradually went down.

Day 4:
The body temperature backed to the normal.

But the doctor said I can't go to work for two more days because the influenza virus usually lives two days even after the fever goes down.

Day 5:
I can eat well, take a bath, read and write without headache.

Now I'm perfectly recovered!

I will back to work from tomorrow.

Saint Valentine’s Day

I gave a chocolate to my wife on the Saint Valentine’s Day.

Usually girls give them to boys in Japan, but this year I did it in some western style(!?) in my home.

Lily, you can't eat chocolate, so I give you a ribbon in stead!

My friend gave us a wonderful present from hokkaido.

It is Japanese sake, but a little bit different from others.

It is very fresh and I should drink it within a week for better taste.

Thank you, I enjoyed it.
