Visit to shrine on New Year’s Day.

I visited my parents on New Year's Day. 

I also visited a shrine near the parents' home. 
There were many people standing in a line and waiting for praying for their happiness. 


It's Japanese traditional scene.

    I love the way the Japanese would dress their best outfits as respect when they visit the shrines. I was fortunate to see many Japanese families wearing their suits and kimono attired along with their kids in traditional clothes at the park in Harajuku. I guessed they went inside to pray at the Meiji Shrine.
